Would I worry if I received an email from my girlfriend thanking me for lunch yesterday? Probably not, especially if the writing style is also that of my friend.
This is exactly the kind of situation that can arise when a worm with AI “nests” in my email. (to put it simply)
In their paper “Synthetic Cancer – Augmenting Worms with LLMs”, David Zollikofer and Ben Zimmerman discussed this topic and was featured in the SRF “Echo der Zeit” report.
